Helena Jochem studied law in Munich and Córdoba (Spain). She completed her legal clerkship in Hamburg with traineeships at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), among others. After her traineeship, Ms Jochem gained experience in international law as part of her master of Laws at Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand and joined Lausen Rechtsanwälte in 2016. She advises on copyright and media law and supports clients in particular in setting up and negotiating their licensing business (licensing and distribution agreements) on a national and international level. Ms Jochem speaks German, English and Spanish.
